The Services
Traveling Wrenches LLC provides mobile and in-shop fleet maintenance and repair, plus fleet consulting services. Service is delivered at the customer's location: yards, job sites, roadside, or inside the customer's own facility. Work is performed by qualified technicians following applicable OEM procedures.
Quotes and Estimates
Estimates are based on the information you provide, including vehicle details, symptoms, photos and reports. Final scope and cost may change once a technician inspects the unit. We communicate changes before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduling and Availability
Emergency response is local and regional, and always subject to technician availability and location. Nationwide work is available for scheduled projects, campaigns and dedicated programs. Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment; a team member will contact you to scope and schedule.
Customer Responsibilities
You confirm you have authority over the vehicles and the service location, that the information you submit is accurate, and that our technicians have safe access to the units. Site safety rules at your facility apply while we work.
Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship and document repairs to the applicable OEM procedure. Specific warranty terms for a job are stated on your estimate or work order. As a Gillig Approved Warranty Provider, Gillig warranty work is performed under Gillig's procedures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveling Wrenches is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, downtime costs, or missed routes, arising from service timing, parts availability, or pre-existing vehicle conditions.
