Sample of What We Do
Case Example: Contract Turnover Inspection.
A transit fleet is changing operators. Before the handoff, the municipality and the incoming operator need to know exactly what they're inheriting, not the outgoing contractor's word for it. Our technicians perform an independent, bumper-to-bumper inspection of every unit in the fleet.
Every defect is cataloged in detail, classified by category and severity, and assigned an estimated repair cost. From safety-critical mechanical issues down to cosmetic items. The result is a clear, unbiased picture of fleet condition at the moment of transition.
That document does three jobs: it protects the incoming operator's investment, it protects rider safety, and it protects the municipality's reputation when the new contract starts.
- Every unit inspected independently. No contractor self-reporting
- Each defect classified by category, severity and estimated repair cost
- Delivered as a decision-ready document for both sides of the handoff
