When you submit a service request, consulting inquiry, or chat dispatch request, we collect the information you provide: company name, contact name, phone number, email address, vehicle and fleet details, service location, and any files you choose to attach (photos, diagnostic reports, work orders).

How We Use It

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request, scope the work, schedule service, and follow up on completed work. Submission details are sent to our team by email and stored securely so no request is lost.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your submission for marketing lists. Your details go to the team handling your service, and nowhere else.

File Attachments

Photos and documents you attach are stored in secure cloud storage and accessed only by the technicians and staff working your request.

Retention

We keep service request records as part of our normal business records. If you want a submission corrected or removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your fleet's information the way we'd treat our own.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
