Where do parts come from, OEM or aftermarket?

OEM or OEM-approved parts, sourced and staged before the technician rolls. You approve the parts strategy on the estimate, so there are no substitutions discovered after the fact.

Is major repair work warrantied?

We stand behind our workmanship and document every repair to OEM procedure. Terms are stated plainly on your estimate, and as a Gillig Approved Warranty Provider, we perform Gillig warranty work directly.
